• 3.90% For 2 Year Guarantee Period (3.15% in Florida) 
• 5.40% For 3 Year Guarantee Period (4.40% in Florida) 
• 5.00% For 5 Year Guarantee Period (4.25% in Florida) 

Guarantee Periods: 

• Choose from the 2 year or 5 year guarantee terms

Renewing Surrender Charges: +/- MVA: 

• 2 Year Term: 9%, 8%, then 30 Day Exit Window or renew for 3 year period
• 3 Year Term: 9%, 8%, 7% then 30 Day Exit Window or renew for 2 year period
• 5 Year Term: 9%, 8%, 7%, 6%, 5% then 30 Day Exit Window or renew for 5 year period
• 30 day window: If clients do not elect one of the available options by the end of the first 30 days of the renewal period, the contract will automatically renew.
  If the current Guarantee Period is:  
  2 Year: At the end of 2 years, automatically renews for a 3-year period – At the end of 5 years, automatically renews for a 2-year period
  3 Year: At the end of 5 years, automatically renews for a 2-year period
  5 Year: At the end of 5 years, automatically renews for a 5-year period

Free Withdrawal: 

• None included subject to surrender charge.

Death Benefit: 

• Death Benefit is equal to Cash Surrender Value upon death of the Owner (Florida is the Full Account Value upon death of the Owner)

Optional Riders will lower rate by:

• 5% Penalty Free Withdrawal Rider - reduces interest rate by 0.06%
  Beginning in the second policy year, any surrender charges and MVA will be waived for the first withdrawal in a policy year of amount up to 5% of the account value as of the last policy anniversary. 
• Required Minimum Distribution Rider - reduces interest rate by 0.10%
  Beginning in the first policy year any surrender charges or MVA will be waived for required minimum distributions attributed to this policy calculated as prescribed under the Internal Revenue Code. 
• Accumulated Interest Rider: - reduces interest rate by 0.06% Beginning in the first policy year the interest credited to the policy may be withdrawn without any surrender charges or MVA being applied. The withdrawal amount must be $100 or greater.

• 3 Year: 1.75% 0-75 / 1.50% 76-80 / 1.00% 81-90
